Microsoft has released a new "Fix It" portable tools which help you in
automatically diagnose and fix various common Windows issues. Microsoft
Fix It potable is more easy to use and you can even use if from USB
drive and can fix any computer without Internet connection.
Prevously
Microsoft provides several fit it tools created for different issues
like Internet Explorer issues, Windows Media player issues, Office
issues, Theme issues, USB device issues, Windows Update issues,
different hardware issues, Desktop issues, etc and you just need to
download the required Fix It tool to use and fix the problem. But this
new portable tool brings all common tools in one portable package and
you need to download it once after downloading the fix it portable
downloader. It was in beta stage earlier and now Microsoft released the
latest final version to all.
First download Microsoft Fixit Portable.exe from below link, run it and click on Accept button. Now it'll ask to download and save the fix it portable tool. Click browse and choose where you want to save it like any location or your hard disk drive or you can use USB/CD/DVD drives.
After download got complete , just run "Launch Fit it.exe" in location where you download the Fit It portable folder. It'll show you all the issues you can fix with this handy tool. Just find out what issue you wants to troubleshoot and click on "Run Now" button given near the issue and it'll automatically start the troubleshooter to fit it. You need to follow the instructions given by the troubleshooter.
